Returns and Exchanges

POLICY

Due to the Covid 19 crisis and the health and safety of our customers and staff, we are not accepting returns at this time and all items are final sale until further notice. Our priority is our customers safety and all members of our team as we move through these unfortunate circumstances.

ALL SALE ITEMS, REDUCED, OR ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE ARE FINAL SALE. 

ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED ONLY IF THERE IS FAULT BY BROOKE AVENUE. IF WE ARE AT FAULT, WE WILL PAY FOR RETURN POSTAGE.

ANY SIGNS OF WEAR (ANYTHING OTHER THAN TRYING ON THE PRODUCT) OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT AT FAULT OF BROOKE AVENUE WILL LEAD TO THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN REQUEST BEING DENIED.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE MUST BE MADE VIA EMAIL- info@shopbrookeave.com- WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDER QUESTIONS VIA SOCIAL MEDIA OR ANY OTHER OUTLETS ACCEPT THE EMAIL ADDRESS LISTED ABOVE.

 

PAYMENTS AND BILLING:

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO VERIFY ANY ORDERS WITH A VALUE OF $300 AND OVER.


ITEMS CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS IF AN ITEM NEEDS TO BE SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS AN EMAIL NEEDS TO BE SENT TO ARENCIAW@SHOPBROOKEAVE.COM STATING THE AUTHORIZATION TO SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS ALONG WITH A VALID TELEPHONE NUMBER AND PHOTO ID. IF YOU CANNOT VERIFY  THIS INFO, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED

NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed.

CONDITIONS 

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

TOPS AND DRESSES

Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted if there are stains or any marks that were not originally there.

RETURNS

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-14 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately via email at info@shopbrookeave.com.
